Carlin Cottage Guest House is a small family run establishment which is situated only 5 minutes from M74.

There are 4 guest bedrooms:

Single rooms from £28.00 per night, twin room from £44.00 per night and triple/family rooms at £20.00 per person per night.

Family room suitable for 2 adults and 1 child from £55.00 or up 2 to children from £60.00 per room per night.

We do not have en-suite rooms but endeavour to ensure that bathrooms are not shared. However, where we cannot ensure this - 2 rooms share one bathroom.

Rates vary depending on length of stay, whether breakfast is required or room only rate.
